Who Were Looking For :

Sales & Customer Service Pro You have experience in retail, customer service, or sales , where youve mastered the art of engaging people, handling objections, and closing deals. B2B experience preferred but we'll train the right candidate.

Tech-Savvy & Curious You love technology and enjoy learning how things work. Whether its exploring new AI tools or helping your grandparents master their iPad, youre always eager to dive in.

Resilient & Coachable You dont shy away from challenges. You graciously value feedback (good or bad) and are always looking to improve.

Ethical & Trustworthy You believe in doing the right thing, building trust with customers, and delivering real valuenot just making a sale.

What Youll Do :

Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers

Qualify leads and set up meetings for our sales team

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects in our CRM

Learn and apply The Challenger Sales Model to educate and challenge prospects

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies

What Were Looking For :

A go-getter with a strong work ethic and a growth mindset

Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections

A quick learner whos eager to understand what RBN does and how we provide business value

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage prospects effectively

Organized and data-drivenable to track and optimize outreach efforts
