Position : Principal Product Manager

Location : Hybrid in Austin, TX

Salary : $150-180k / annually

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to join our clients team on a full-time basis. This role is key to shaping the future of their bank tech products, focusing on expanding integration capabilities with online banking and core processor platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a robust background in bank tech, a proven ability to drive innovative products to market, and strong collaboration skills to work closely with clients and internal teams to meet business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs
• Mentor and guide a team of Product Managers
• Define and execute product strategies that support company goals
• Collaborate closely with clients (especially banks and credit unions) to gather insights
• Work cross-functionally with tech, marketing, and operations teams for successful product launches
• Track KPIs and use data to refine product offerings
