    Job Description

    • Manage a team of auditors and lead audits in the area of Project Management, Regulatory Management and Change Management
    • Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of change management processes
    • Identify areas of risk and work with stakeholders to mitigate them
    • Provide guidance on change management best practices
    • Prepare and present audit reports to senior management
    • Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth implementation of changes
    • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on change management procedures

      The Successful Applicant

      A successful 'Audit Manager' should have :

    • 8+ years of overall experience
    • 5+ years of internal audit or external audit experience
    • Banking experience is a plus, but open to all industries
    • An academic background in Finance, Accounting or a related field
    • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to identify and mitigate risks
    • Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
