13743 – Oracle PLSQL Developer (Onsite) – Tallahassee, FL

Start Date : ASAP

Type : Temporary Project

Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions

Work Setting : 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required :

Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
Experience with developing and maintaining Oracle databases (7+ years);
Experience with writing complex queries and developing complex PL / SQL database objects, including both DML and DDL;
Experience with developing Oracle Forms (5+ years);
Experience with database and / or SQL performance tuning (3+ years);
Experience with full-stack development (3+ years);
Experience with using code repositories;
Experience with using continuous integration tools

Preferred :

Experience with developing application reporting, preferably with PHP and / or Classic ASP 3.0

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

Design, implement, and optimize Oracle databases, including writing complex queries and developing PL / SQL database objects such as stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.;

Perform in-depth database and SQL performance tuning, including indexing strategies, query optimization, and execution plan analysis to enhance application efficiency;

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using a full-stack approach, integrating front-end and back-end components to meet business requirements;

Create and manage application reports using technologies such as PHP and Classic ASP 3.0, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders;

Utilize code repositories (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools to streamline development, version control, and deployment processes.;

Translate business needs into technical specifications, prepare reports and guidelines, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
