As a Medical Assistant , is responsible for the hands on patient experience for a positive telemedicine experience. The Medical Assistant is responsible for the first point of contact with our patients prior to seeing a provider during their virtual visit. The medical assistant is responsible for the clerical duties in supporting medical staff in implementing effective paperwork flow, record keeping processes and administrative processes.

Shift : 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities :

Telehealth Management : Efficiently conduct telehealth services, including patient registration and initial interviews.

Administrative Compliance : Ensure adherence to regulatory standards by handling patient consent processes and paperwork accurately.

Documentation Accuracy : Provide precise and timely documentation support to staff, maintaining organized records.

Patient Care Coordination : Assist in optimizing patient care delivery by coordinating patient flow and provider schedules.

Patient Engagement : Engage patients' families and caregivers in treatment plans, promoting understanding and participation.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Medical Assistant Diploma / certificate

Must be at least years old.
