Description

Escapology is the world's fastest growing escape game franchise, with over 79 operating around the world. Based at our store in El Paso, we are seeking Game Masters and Game Hosts to join our team as we open the store to guests. The successful applicants will become an integral part of our team as we develop this exciting new venue. You'll report directly to the Venue owner.

Job Description :

  • Perform activities that facilitate the customer service experience (meeting and greeting customers; customer

check in; pre-game service; running / game mastering multiple games at once; interacting with customers; postgame experience).

  • Reset games after they have been played
  • Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation.
  • Upsell games and merchandise to customers
  • Deliver an excellent and professional customer service experience to customers
  • Maintain safety standards
  • Cleaning and sanitizing the area in and around venue to high standards
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Understanding that nights, weekends & Holidays are peak times for this business

    • General Characteristics :

  • Outgoing and confident with good communication skills.
  • Welcome guests with a warm welcome, smile, and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility for hours worked with weekend availability.
  • Must be able to stand, stoop and lift objects up to 20 pounds during a shift.
  • Fun and friendly.
  • Basic computer operation with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Able to multitask; able to manage high pressure situations.
  • Good initiative; does tasks that need doing without needing prompting.
  • Able to work within a team; a good team player.
