A company is looking for a Business Analyst.Key ResponsibilitiesProject manage the onboarding efforts for new client accounts, including integrations with applicant tracking systemsOversee the full onboarding cycle from deal signed until go-live, including post-production supportAnalyze client requirements and provide training on account setup while troubleshooting issuesRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in a client-facing role with proven project management experienceAbility to explain complex technical solutions clearly to clientsStrong critical thinking skills and ability to identify process improvement opportunitiesExperience with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plusKnowledge of SQL and databases is a plus
