A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant (remote).Key Responsibilities : Assist in designing, implementing, and overseeing employee relations programs that enhance workplace cultureConduct reviews of employee policies to ensure compliance with laws and best practices, and manage the employee handbookFoster open communication regarding policies, provide guidance on employee relations issues, and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plusMinimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, employee relations, or HR policy developmentStrong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to employee relationsProven ability to analyze metrics and trends and develop comprehensive management reportsDemonstrated skills in overseeing programs and handling sensitive situations with discretion
