Our team members don't just fill positions-they make a real impact in the communities we live in each and every day!Position SummaryThis position provides the service of installing and performing all maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerforms all first time (start-up) installations for HVAC systems while ensuring compatibility with all other equipment to be installed.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems to assure the entire HVAC system runs safely and efficiently.Ensures accuracy and completion of all documentation including service reports and timekeeping.Monitor and comply with all safety policies, procedures, guidelines, and laws as they pertain to staff and customers within the location.Ensures all facilities and equipment are in excellent, and safe operating condition.Maintain daily correspondence with staff from all departments within the company, customers, suppliers, and Caterpillar.Occasional / Other Responsibilities : Assist with performing service on other industry related systems such as generators, distribution, and switchgear. (Caterpillar, Cummins, Kohler, Generac, and other)QualificationsRequired : High School Diploma or GED.Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC field.Type 1 & Type 2 EPA Certification.Valid Indiana Driver's License.Preferred : Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred in related technical field.3 years or more of experience in HVAC field.Universal EPA Certification.CDL or Chauffer's License.The duties and responsibilities described here are not a comprehensive list, and the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.All MacAllister Machinery companies are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer, including Disabled and Veteran applicants.
