As a Lead Caregiver , you will play a critical role in transforming the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and unwavering support. You will not only assist with daily caregiving responsibilities but also step into a leadership role where you'll cover open shifts, help onboard new caregivers, and provide field-focused support for both caregivers and clients. You will help orchestrate comprehensive care plans, ensuring the quality of care and the well-being of each senior.

We are a non-medical, in-home caregiving agency that's committed to our clients and our team. Our services include personal care assistance, meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, housekeeping duties, and more—allowing our clients to stay healthy, happy, and in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Lead Caregiver , you will :

  • Assist with providing personal care, companionship, and support for our clients.
  • Fill in and cover open shifts to ensure consistent, reliable care for clients.
  • Help onboard and train new caregivers, ensuring they understand their duties and expectations.
  • Serve as a mentor and field-based support for caregivers, helping them navigate their day-to-day responsibilities and providing guidance.
  • Coordinate care needs with clients and families to ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care while maintaining the dignity and respect of our clients.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and be flexible with scheduling, including some nights and weekends. (On-call shifts required, including some nights and weekends)
  • Provide weekly on-call pay for being available outside regular shifts.

Ideal Candidate Qualities :

  • Proven experience in caregiving and a passion for eldercare.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear direction and support to caregivers.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a larger team.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring others in a caregiving or healthcare setting.
  • Flexible availability with the ability to cover shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation and auto insurance, as local travel may be required.
  • A desire to continuously learn and improve in the caregiving profession.
