Title of Position : Restaurant Manager

Job Description : The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for all daily operations of a single location. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be essential as our Restaurant Manager. Setting a professional and positive tone for the entire restaurant will be crucial for the success of our Restaurant Manager. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be expected to maintain excellent food and service quality standards. Training, developing, and coaching as well as counseling and providing corrective action will be the responsibility of the Restaurant Manager. Our ideal Restaurant manager will lead by example and set extremely high performance standards. Administrative functions such as scheduling inventory, budgeting, and completing daily checklists and reports will also be functions of the Restaurant Manager. The ability to quickly resolve any customer complaints and maintain a professional and composed demeanor will also be vital as our Restaurant Manager.
