The Role

Under direction of the Warehouse Manager and Supervisor, this individual is responsible for data entry into the inventory system, tracking inventory flow to and from the warehouse and various locations.

Responsibilities

Under direction of the Warehouse Manager and Supervisor, this individual is responsible for data entry into the inventory system, tracking inventory flow to and from the warehouse and various locations.

1. Reports for scheduled work, is at main warehouse in a timely manner and is in complete uniform with clothing and personal appearance neat and clean.

2. Receives inventory request calls from various departments and enters into the inventory management system.

3. Creates manual transfers for Runners to pick up or deliver inventory.

4. Enters Call Time and Dispatch Time on call log.

5. Arranges manual transfers in order of priority for Supervisors and Runners.

6. Enters inventory adjustments and stand-to-stand transfers and re-stocks into Inventory System as directed by Warehouse Manager and Supervisors.

7. Maintains a clean and organized work place.

8. Utilizes Inventory System to record and track inventory flow between departments and perpetual inventories.

9. Works with Warehouse Director and Assistant Warehouse Manager on Month-End Inventory process and reporting.

10. Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS :

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Constant walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching. Must be able to lift / move 50 lbs.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training. COMPENSATION Part-Time $18.71hr
