Personal Assistant / Chef's Assistant

Looking for someone who wants some part time work.

There are two roles here for the same person.

ROLE#1 : Executive Assistant, by day, remote, 2-5 days a week, working ON the business.

ROLE #2 : Chef's Assistant, by night, on-site @ Downtown Charleston, 1-3 nights a week, working IN the business .

Targeting 20 hours a week for this individual to start. Could become full time if it is working well.

RESPONSIBILITIES

MON - SAT : Executive Assistant

Assist in the management of various on going or one off tasks and projects in support of Empire Oyster, Raw Lab & LTLE FISH. Mostly marketing and e-commerce related.

• General Admin

MON - SAT : Chef's Assistant

RAW LAB service runs 6 : 30pm - 10 : 30pm, Thur - Sat

LTLE FISH service runs 5pm - 10pm, Mon - Wed

Seeking an individual who is keen do work 1 - 3 shifts a week in support of the Chef and the service.
