Required Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities : Reconcile our financial system with another system to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaborate closely with the other team to resolve discrepancies and improve reconciliation processes. Utilize spreadsheets and pivot tables to analyze and reconcile financial data. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for daily and monthly reconciliation procedures. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial reconciliation.
Proficiency in using spreadsheets and pivot tables for data analysis.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
