A company is looking for a Product Implementation Analyst II to lead project management efforts for product implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage high-volume product implementation project plans using established processes and toolsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycleEnsure product specifications are met through quality control and manage project status updates in the project management systemRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred2+ years of experience in project management, account management, or customer service preferredStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksExperience in analyzing data and implementing process improvements
