A local company in Cleveland is looking for General Laborers on 1st shift!

Monday-Friday

7am-3pm

Overtime available

Position Overview :

As a General Laborer, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for various tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include sorting nuts, bolts, metal rings, performing light assembly work, and assisting with picking and packing duties. We are looking for individuals who are physically capable of handling up to 50lbs and are committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities :

Sorting and Inspection :

Sort and inspect nuts, bolts, metal rings, or other materials for quality and compliance with specifications.

Remove defective items and report issues to supervisors.

Light Assembly :

Perform light assembly tasks as required, following assembly instructions and guidelines.

Ensure accuracy and quality in assembly work.

Picking and Packing :

Assist with picking items from inventory based on order lists.

Properly pack items for shipping, including labeling and documentation.

Physical Requirements :

Lift and move materials and products weighing up to 50lbs.

Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Safety and Compliance :

Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.
