MARKETING COORDINATOR - CONTRACTOR POSITION

ABOUT US

we-do-IT Inc. (WDI) provides geospatial and data services for electric, gas, water and telecommunications utilities. Our team has deep expertise in the design, construct and maintenance workflows that a Utility utilizes to deliver safe and reliable energy to its customers. We are seeking a motivated and talented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of marketing projects, from digital marketing to events and social media. Our team works 100% remotely. COMPENSATION

Pay Range : Negotiable based on relevant experience

Bonuses : Annual bonus based on personal and company performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline). Support the development of content for various platforms (website, social media, emails, etc.).

Coordinate social media activities, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.

Organize and promote events, webinars, and product launches.

Manage and update marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and email templates.

Conduct market research and analyze data to inform future strategies.

Track and report on campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product) to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.

Maintain relationships with external vendors and marketing partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (preferably 3-5 years).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, MailChimp, Adobe Suite, etc.).

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

3-5 years of utility experience a plus.

Experience with SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising.

Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.

Experience with email marketing and automation platforms.

Other Requirements :

Available to work across US time zones as needed.

Must be able to pass a drug test.

Must be able to pass a background check.
