About The Role

As Ogury continues to expand our footprint , we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving client engagement and campaign success across the Central / Midwest markets .

In this role, you will be the strategic coordinator of all things campaign-related , working closely with Sales, AdOps, and cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver best-in-class digital and mobile campaign performance . You will be the go-to expert for our clients, providing hands-on, world-class service , fostering strong relationships, and ensuring maximum ROI and client satisfaction .

As a Customer Success Manager , you'll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment , where no two days are the same . You will be deeply involved in every stage of the campaign life cycle , from launch to optimization and reporting , ensuring seamless execution and impactful results . Your expertise in AdTech, digital advertising, and mobile campaigns will be critical to driving success and retention.

This hybrid role will be based out of our Chicago, IL office, where we foster a collaborative and creative work environment. We encourage team members to join us in the office at least two days a week to build stronger connections. You will report directly to the Director of Customer Success.

What you will be doing

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships - after all, they're your clients! You'll be their trusted partner, ensuring their success and satisfaction .
  • Own and manage the full campaign life cycle , from setup and activation to performance analysis and post-campaign presentations , delivering measurable success.
  • Be the go-to expert for your agency patch , serving as the first point of contact and line of defense for all campaign-related inquiries , troubleshooting, and optimizations.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by becoming a knowledge expert in Ogury's technology , products, and the fast-evolving AdTech industry .
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients daily, offering creative and data-driven campaign recommendations that align with their KPIs , objectives, and growth strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on account growth opportunities , working in tandem with Sales to drive retention , increase engagement, and expand revenue.
  • Maximize incremental revenue by delivering high-quality service and driving adoption of Ogury's innovative products and solutions.
  • Strengthen client relationships by engaging in industry events , positioning both yourself and Ogury as thought leaders in the space.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, AdOps , and Product teams , ensuring a seamless and high-touch customer experience with exceptional campaign execution.
  • Assess and mitigate risks in campaign briefs and setups, proactively ensuring successful execution and performance.
  • Leverage Ogury's cutting-edge insights suite to provide clients with industry-leading data , analytics, and key learnings to optimize their strategies.
  • What you will bring to Ogury

  • Client-facing experience with a strong background in digital advertising , ideally within AdTech , programmatic , or mobile advertising .
  • Hands-on programmatic and mobile expertise , with a deep understanding of how these channels drive performance and engagement .
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced , dynamic environment, managing multiple campaigns and priorities with agility .
  • Data-driven mindset , with a passion for analytics and storytelling -leveraging insights to craft compelling narratives that drive campaign success.
  • Proficiency in Excel , PowerPoint , MS Office Suite , and Google Suite , ensuring seamless campaign analysis, reporting, and client communication.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills , with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills , ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.
  • A growth-oriented mindset , with a genuine drive to develop and expand your agency patch through strategic client engagement .
  • 70,000 - $80,000 a year

    In compliance with state specific Pay Transparency Acts, we strive to provide this same visibility towards compensation for all of our teams, globally.

    The salary for the Customer Success Manager role is : $70,000 - $80,000 annually, in addition to annual variable compensation, dependent upon relevant experience and location.
