As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in monitoring the health and well-being of our residential clients. Your responsibilities will include :
Conducting monthly assessments
Maintaining communication with the client's support team
Ensuring appropriate staff supervision and delegation
Documenting all activities and changes in client health status

Key Responsibilities :
Monitor the health and well-being of residential clients through monthly assessments
Maintain clear communication with client support teams and agency management
Ensure proper staff supervision, delegation, and specialized instruction
Document client assessments, changes in health status, and nursing activities
Complete required training and certifications, such as AIMS, HRST, and Level 1 Med Aide Instructor
Assist in responding to nursing reviews and mortality reviews
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Advocate for the individuals we serve
Education and / or Experience Qualifications :
Must be a currently registered, licensed registered nurse in the State of Missouri
Required License / Certification (one of the following) :
Current Missouri license as RN
Additional Qualifications :
Ability to remain calm in crisis situations and relate positively to clients, families, and medical professionals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Maintain a positive attitude when working with others
