We have partnered with our client in their search for a Senior Business Data Analyst!

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends. Develop root cause analysis of data source and reporting functions. Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business objectives and drive growth.
  • Translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and monitor business performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data validation processes and identifying discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and finance to support data-driven decision making.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and methodologies.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Analyst or related role, with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python, or other programming languages for data analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated problem solver with the ability to think critically.
  • Self-starter with an innate curiosity and drive to understand data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large datasets and databases.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
