Job descriptionBe part of our leadership team that will train and develop staff Manage client work and relationships Review and / or prepare federal and state corporate & partnership income tax returns Review and / or prepare income tax provisions for corporate taxpayers under ASC 740 Assist with tax consulting and research, state and local, domestic and international matters common to our clients 5 years of experience preparing federal and state income tax returns 1-2 years of income tax return review experience CPA license CCH Axcess experience preferred ProSystem fx Engagement experience preferred Foreign-owned US subsidiaries, typically from German-speaking countries Clients in many industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology & fashion 401K plan (with 3% salary paid employer contributions) Medical coverage Paid Dental coverage Paid Volunteer Day annually Flexible work arrangements Paid time-off & Holidays Flexible spending accounts Paid Parking / public transportation Tuition reimbursement & training Employee and Dependent life insurance Disability insurance Accidental death & dismemberment insurance
