Job description

Quality Inspection Press Operator

We are currently seeking a candidate with previous experience in a manufacturing environment for a client in Salem, Ohio!

Shift :

  • 2nd Shift Monday -Thursday 1 : 30PM-12 : 00AM.
    • Pay :
  • 14.00 / hr
  • Production Bonuses
  • Pay grows in 1st year up to $17 an hour

Key Responsibilities :

  • Experience with machining, and assembly,
  • Conduct detailed product testing and inspections to identify quality issues.
  • Assembly of various packaging and shipping containers
  • Ensure that all safety standards are in compliance
  • Maintain a safe, well organized, neat, and clean work environment
  • Support production to maintain quality and on-time delivery of parts that meet or exceed customer requirements
  • Proper setup and safe operation of processing equipment
  • Ensure proper documentation in accordance with the current ISO standard and company policy and procedures
  • Proper part inspection in accordance with company policy
  • Ensure that parts being shipped meet or exceed customer requirements

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Must be able to read, write and perform basic math skills
  • Full mobility is required
  • Basic working knowledge of double action presses is preferred
  • Must wear Steel Toed Boots
