Construction Project Superintendent

Megen Construction Company, Inc. is currently seeking a Construction Project Superintendent / Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Job Responsibilities : Coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Manage subcontractors and vendors Ensure compliance with all safety regulations Prepare and submit progress reports Utilize Bluebeam software for project documentation Handle submittals and change orders efficiently Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction management principles OSHA 30 certification Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience with Bluebeam, submittals, and change orders Company Information : Megen Construction Company was founded in 1993 by Evans Nwankwo.
