This is a high-volume office cafeteria position that includes an extensive amount of catering.

Requirements

• What You Bring :
• A minimum of five years of culinary experience, especially in managing a cafeteria with a significant catering volume
• Experience in a comparable office-related food service setting is a plus.
• A solid understanding of timing and batch cooking techniques.

Experience with hiring, training, developing and retaining a kitchen staff

Possessing a comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with an emphasis on quality, production, sanitation and cost controls

Experience with computers including Microsoft Office, Outlook and the Internet is a must

Having ServSafe certification

Willingness to lead and participate in a client satisfaction program
