Genalco Inc. is leading supplier of heavy equipment, industrial, and contractor suppliers in the North East, We have 5 locations in Needham, MA | Warwick, RI | Springfield, MA | West Haven, CT I Londonderry New Hampshire.

Job Responsibilities :

• Pull parts from stock
• Respond promptly to customer pick-up orders
• Put parts in stock from daily stock orders, branch transfers, credits, etc.
• Assemble hydraulic hoses
• Pack and ship parts as needed
• Truck deliveries as required
• Ensure accuracy of pulled parts and returned parts
• Research inventory discrepancies
• Maintain will-call area and parts warehouse areas for parts retrieval accuracy
• Maintain proper flow of orders to be pulled
• Work in a proactive, safe manner in compliance with all safety practices, policies, and training.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with all Contamination Control Initiatives

Physical Requirements :

• Standing and walking most of the day
• Lifting (up to 60lbs.)
• Carrying (up to 15lbs.)
• Push / pull (up to 55lbs.)
• Forward bending and reaching
• Occasional sitting and rotation
• Hand coordination

A clean & valid driver’s license required

• Previous experience working in a warehouse and forklift experience preferred
• Organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask is required
• Computer literate
