When you join RadNet as a Director of Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance , you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will :

  • Supports Senior Vice President of Compliance and Quality Assurance with special projects.
  • Monitor, develop and assure compliance with quality assurance programs to reduce risks.
  • Works with Regional Managers and medical groups to assure all regulatory standards are met.
  • Promotes and supports the companys vision, mission, and values with integrity.
  • Manages team members and management to achieve compliance objectives.
  • Remain informed and anticipate potential trends within the company identifying causes and steering management toward a solution of potential compliance issues with integrity while keeping the Senior VP informed.
  • Oversees preparation of compliance meeting documents throughout the year
  • Effectively utilizes team members ensuring appropriate levels of productivity with collection, evaluation and dissemination of quarterly / yearly performance data.
  • Manages costs and expenses appropriately.
  • Updates and develops modality manuals with key committee members continually enhancing current standards and policies.
  • Oversees preparing protocols guidelines and procedures to analyze and resolve monitoring of QA plans and practices.
  • Works to increase retention and reduce avoidable department turnover.
  • Maintains employee morale and satisfaction at levels conducive to maintaining high productivity.
  • Sets clear and specific expectations / objectives for employees and departments.
  • Monitors and documents performance during performance evaluation periods.
  • Ensures that all performance evaluations are completed, conducted, and submitted on time.
  • Recognizes and provides coaching, counseling, and discipline as appropriate.
  • Provides team members with support and motivation.
  • Exhibits objectivity and openness to others views
  • Demonstrates ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
  • Promotes flexibility in staff utilization across teams working with applicable departments.
  • Delegate work appropriately and follow through to ensure optimal tracking useable results.
  • Provides team members development opportunities as appropriate.
  • Displays willingness and ability to make difficult decisions.
  • Must have a proven track record of building QA teams, managing the function and direction of the QA teams.
  • Create, integrates and implement new protocols, guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Displays a professional demeanor under all circumstances.
  • Actively promotes RadNet in all interactions with team members, vendors and business contracts.
  • Engages in succession planning by identifying and mentoring a future Director of Quality Assurance.

  • Maintains a team mentality within Quality Assurance and as a member of senior management.
  • A four-year degree in business administration or health care administration is required.
  • Six or more years of experience in the radiology service industry and management experience is preferred.
  • An understanding of Contracting and experience working with medical groups is required.
  • A valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record are required.
  • Pay Range :

    USD $150,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 / Yr.
