Responsibilities :
As the SAP Community of Practice MTI Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of software and applications related to Materials to Inventory (MTI). Working closely with stakeholders and external suppliers within our SAP Community of Practice (COP) team, you will identify and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future, with a focus on SAP applications and best practices.

What You Will Bring to the Role :
Required Experience :
8+ years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations across all SAP modules.
5+ years direct management / supervisory experience required on 4 or more SAP business process such as PP, PPDS, QM, PM.
Experience as people manager with a minimum of 2 direct reports.
Solid experience working with business process leads on streamlining functional requirements to propose standard SAP solutions.
At least four full SAP implementation cycles, with at least one of them being in S4 HANA version.
Experience in solutioning gaps and evaluating alternative solutions.
Experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to coordinate and supervise the work of multiple workstreams running in parallel.
Education / Certifications :
Bachelor’s degree required.
SAP latest solutions and technologies; AGILE; ITIL; PM, and other relevant certifications.
Travel requirements :
30 – 60%
