Location : near Naperville, IL (3 days a week @ Client office)

JD :

15+ years of experience in performance testing leading performance testing initiatives

Mandatory experience in NeoLoad is required (3 years minimum)

5+ years plus proven experience as a Performance Architect or in a similar role.

Skilled in some of these tools- Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, Katalon Platform, BlazeMeter, Gatling, Locust, K6, NeoLoad, WebLOAD, etc

End-to-end Performance Testing Analysis, Monitoring and Alerting, System Optimization and Performance Engineering

Should be good at Query tunning.

In-depth knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.

Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.

Proficient in performance monitoring and profiling tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies is a plus.

Relevant certifications in performance testing or system optimization are desirable.

The candidate should have strong communication skills and should be a team player working with Agile stakeholders.
