Commercial Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel (Commercial) to join their Legal & Compliance Team.Key ResponsibilitiesStructure, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts including software and service agreementsAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing strategic legal solutions and participating in leadership meetingsCollaborate with the Legal Operations team to design and manage efficient contract processesRequired QualificationsJ.D. or equivalent with top academic credentials and bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction8-10+ years of substantial experience in software licensing and commercial contracts, preferably in a multinational contextExperience with cloud-based software companies and engaging with internal business teamsDemonstrated skills in commercial contract structuring, drafting, and negotiationUnderstanding of privacy matters in a commercial context, particularly related to SaaS offerings
