Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee and enhance our HR functions. This role involves managing the HRIS system, handling employee relations, leading training and development initiatives, implementing a performance management system, ensuring compliance, and developing and documenting policies.
Key Responsibilities :
HRIS Management :
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the HR information system.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity through regular audits and maintenance.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to identify system improvements and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
- Train HR staff on the effective use of the HRIS.
Employee Relations :
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.Foster a positive workplace culture through proactive engagement and conflict resolution.Provide coaching to managers on leadership development and performance management.Training and Development :
Assess organizational training needs and develop programs to address them.Coordinate and facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.Performance Management :
Lead the implementation and management of a performance management system.Establish continuous feedback loops between employees and senior management.Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and development.Compliance and Policy Development :
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Develop, update, and document HR policies and procedures.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on HRIS, employee relations, training, and compliance.Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, databases, and system integrations.Proven experience in developing and implementing training and performance management programs.In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.Benefits :
