Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee and enhance our HR functions. This role involves managing the HRIS system, handling employee relations, leading training and development initiatives, implementing a performance management system, ensuring compliance, and developing and documenting policies.

Key Responsibilities :

HRIS Management :

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the HR information system.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity through regular audits and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT departments to identify system improvements and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Train HR staff on the effective use of the HRIS.

Employee Relations :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through proactive engagement and conflict resolution.
  • Provide coaching to managers on leadership development and performance management.
  • Training and Development :

  • Assess organizational training needs and develop programs to address them.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Performance Management :

  • Lead the implementation and management of a performance management system.
  • Establish continuous feedback loops between employees and senior management.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and development.
  • Compliance and Policy Development :

  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and document HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on HRIS, employee relations, training, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, databases, and system integrations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing training and performance management programs.
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
