Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review regulatory filings using specialized software
- Ensure the accuracy of financial documentation for official reports
- Manage periodic equity-related activities and record-keeping
- Maintain compliance controls for reporting requirements
- Coordinate with external audit partners and provide necessary support
- Develop and update presentations for key stakeholders
- Liaise with auditors during reviews and provide required information
- Support tax specialists with financial data for various engagements
- Research and implement new accounting guidelines
- Contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and processes
