Facilities Technician - Hickel House

Schedule :    Part-time, 20 hours / week, Mon-Fri flexible Day shift

Job Description :

This position coordinates, inspects and performs the repair and maintenance of building finishes and equipment. Maintains safety equipment. Conducts patrols of facility property as appropriate. Interacts with all residents and staff.

Required Qualifications :

  • Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
  • 1 year of general maintenance experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Hospital maintenance experience.
