Job description

Our client is looking to hire a Bilingual Office Administrator for a contract position to provide front desk administrative support for their busy Boston office. This role requires great customer service and multitasking skills, and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities. This position will be fully onsite and requires candidates to be bilingual in English and Spanish communication.

Responsibilities :

  • Answering phones, meeting / greeting visitors, filing, sorting, updating records and basic clerical duties as needed.
  • Maintain office equipment and act as the main contact for both staff and vendors
  • Enter data into finance systems including QuickBooks, , and various spreadsheets (training provided).
  • Process invoices and daily deposits.
  • Qualifications :

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish communication (written / oral)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Must be reliable, driven and a self-starter
  • Tactful, adaptable, coachable; able to take direction and follow instructions
  • 0-2+ years of office experience
