Job description

Scope of Position

The Traveler Program Coordinator serves as a liaison between the agency Manage Service Provider (MSP), unit managers, and senior leadership. This position will be responsible for the maintenance of traveler-required positions (current and anticipated changes).

Position Summary

Program Coordinator reviews and maintains traveler contract compliance. Liaison with MSP for future traveler onboarding, establish guest relations, extensions / terminations, and request badge access. The Program Coordinator reviews and completes the weekly payroll of travelers and approves within the MSP payroll system. Responsible to develop multiple report / data generation as assigned for MSP, management and senior leadership. Ability to identify current unit vacant budgeted positions and appropriate utilization of travelers. The Program Coordinator maintains up to date traveler positions (vacant and filled) throughout the organization

Required Qualification

H igh School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

Must have 2 years of previous experience in employee training / education or program coordination and previous experience working in healthcare or related field strongly preferred

Must have strong communication / customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, and strong business acumen.

Demonstrate proficiencies in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
