Job descriptionWork closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to establish project requirements and ensure final deliverables meet expectations. Create and oversee comprehensive architectural designs for residential and occasional commercial projects, guiding them from initial concept to final completion. Produce detailed drawings, plans, and technical documentation using advanced design software. Maintain adherence to project timelines, budgets, and local building regulations. Offer on-site support as required to confirm design accuracy and alignment during the implementation phase. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of three years as a Designer or Draftsperson, with a preference for residential project experience. Skills : Proficiency in architectural design software, strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Work Style : Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Specialist to join a dynamic team in Omaha, NE. This full-time position primarily focuses on residential projects with occasional commercial work.
- Schedule : Typically Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM
- Competitive Pay : $24.00 / hour to $30.00 / hour, based on experience. Overtime opportunities available.
