Job Description
Accounting & Financial Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations across multiple accounts, preparing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, handling month-end reconciliations, and making strategic financial forecasts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and experienced in managing journal entries, financial reporting, and budget planning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly P&L statements and financial forecasts.
- Conduct month-end and year-end reconciliations.
- Oversee journal entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow analysis, and financial planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with external auditors and tax professionals.
Qualifications :
