Compensation :
80,000 - $120,000 base + commissions
Responsibilities :
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
- Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
- Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
- Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
- Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly

Qualifications :
You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goalsA consistent top performer in salesHigh school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferredExceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experienceSales experience requiredMust live in the Oakland and surrounding areas currently, preferably daily driving proximity to Oakland.Good communicationMust have working rights in the USAMust have a driver's licenseMust be 21 or olderAbility to make good first impressionsA clean driving record requiredBachelor's degree or high school diploma preferredProven track record of sales experience, 3-5 yearsExperience using a CRM is preferredApplicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicleTo be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsAbout Company
