Attorney - Fund Finance Associate

Our client's Consumer Financial Services practice group is seeking an attorney to join our team. The location is flexible and can be based in any of their offices. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of consumer finance related litigation experience. Experience with the following is a plus :

• Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
• Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCPA)
• Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA)Candidates must have strong academic and professional credentials. Candidates must also be licensed and in good standing with at least one of the following state bars : California, Nevada, New Mexico, & Oklahoma. Admissions to other bars is a plus.
