We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated individual to be part of our Parts Teams as a Parts Specialist.

Job Description :

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts’ needs, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide customer quotes, invoices, parts identification, RMA’s, credits, etc.
  • keep track of backorders to ensure accurate customer lead times

Job Type : Full-time

Hours- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

This is an on-site position.

Requirements : Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and other computer applications
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment parts and system is a plus
  • 1+ years of Automotive Parts Sales (preferred)
