Job description

Job Summary

As an Automated Car Wash Technician, you will enhance customer satisfaction by delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality car wash services that exceed expectations.

Job Description

  • Experience Required : 0 to 6 months
  • Experience Desired : Previous mechanical or technical experience and / or education
  • Education Desired : No High School diploma required
  • Lifting Requirement : Up to 50 pounds
  • Age Requirement : At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work to protect yourself, your team, and our customers.
  • Guide customers to the entrance of the wash station and assist them in positioning their vehicle correctly.
  • Activate and monitor the wash mechanism to identify any operational issues promptly.
  • Perform hand finishing touches on vehicles as needed.
  • Clean and maintain the concrete areas of the car wash.
  • Provide additional services such as vehicle prepping to enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure continuous operation of car wash equipment.
  • Keep all areas of the car wash, including equipment, floors, and vacuum areas, clean to meet safety and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain a tidy car wash environment by removing debris, managing snow, and applying salt as necessary.
  • Wash the windows of the car wash building to keep it welcoming.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with the service center for solutions when needed.
