The Human Resources Director implements the company's HR strategy providing HR guidance, tools, and support to local management teams daily. This position will represent the HR function by always demonstrating the highest level of integrity, sharing Transdev's vision and operating principles. Collaborate with the labor relations team to negotiate collective bargaining agreements and work with the labor team as necessary.

Annual Salary Range $110,000-$140,000 annually
Benefits include :
- Vacation : minimum of two (2) weeks

Key Responsibilities :
Identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, processesIdentify needs, monitor recruiting efforts and adjust strategy where needed to attract talent to fill open positionsImplement appropriate learning initiatives for cross-functional cohesiveness and assist in developing high-impact goals, including the areas of retraining and performance managementParticipate in the collective bargaining process between the Company and the labor unionsReview and benchmark internal and external policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance overall business performanceProvide expert advice and coaching to management and employeesUnderstand management and employee opinions and anticipate needs and concernsMaintain close contact with the Corporate HR team / functional departments to ensure HR strategies are aligned and properly implemented.Develop and maintain relationships with the local union and employee representationManage all HR functions50% travel between market locations requiredMonitor processes and policies to ensure compliance with all functional state and federal regulations, rules, and laws, ., Title VII, ADA, EEO, Affirmative Action, etc.Qualifications :
Education, Licensing, and Certifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred5–7 years ofprogressiveHR leadership experiencePHR orSHRM-CPcertificationpreferredExperience :
Experience overseeing large location with greater than 500 employeesExperience working in a union environment; assisting with union negotiations / grievancesComprehensive knowledge of human resource rules and regulations at the federal and state levelKnowledge payroll rules and wage and hour regulations preferred
