Position Description
The Senior Manager, M&A Finance will analyze financial statements, balance sheets, trending analyses, analyzing historical financial results, and create useful financial schedules. The Senior Manager, M&A Finance is part of a team responsible for US Oncology Network practice growth and support as well as a team responsible for building financial operating models related to M&A opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Using available data, build financial pro formas and conduct analyses.
- Translate financial statements and capital needs to a discounted cash flow analysis.
- Analyze income statements, margins, and operating expenses.
- Develop financial pro formas measuring the economic viability of capital investments related to US Oncology Network practice opportunities.
- Support M&A Finance lead related to financial modeling and due diligence.
- Participate in special projects.
- Carry out any other tasks as requested by your supervisor.
- Attend business partner team meeting / relationship management.
- Prepare management and executive level presentations related to deals and capital deployment.
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant field of study. MBA preferred.
