Role : Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location : 1 First American Way, Santa Ana, CA 92707
Job Term : 06 months contract with possibility of extension
Pay Range : $58 / hr on w2
Responsibilities :
- Partnering with management and HRBPs to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
- Using diverse sourcing techniques to identify, screen, and secure top talent.
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for non-exempt, professional, management, and executive positions.
- Advising hiring managers on best practices, job descriptions, and interview techniques.
- Aligning recruitment efforts with business objectives, including diversity initiatives.
- Tracking industry trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Overseeing external recruitment agencies and search firms.
- Managing the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiating and making offer recommendations based on market data and business needs.
- Ensuring compliance with hiring policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Leading and mentoring junior recruiters.
- Representing the company at job fairs, college events, and other recruiting initiatives.
Required Skills :
Talent Acquisition Expertise – Full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, and hiring.HR & Compliance Knowledge – Understanding of employment laws, hiring best practices, and HR systems (HRIS / ATS).Communication & Negotiation – Strong written / verbal skills, persuasive ability, and offer negotiation experience.Industry Research & Market Trends – Ability to track workforce trends and adjust hiring strategies accordingly.Technology & Tools – Proficiency in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Stakeholder Management – Experience in advising senior management and HR teams.Event Coordination – Planning and participating in job fairs, college recruitment, and networking events.Preferred Skills :
Experience hiring for hard-to-fill and specialized roles .Public relations or branding experience for employer marketing.Leadership or mentorship experience within recruitment teams.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
