Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator with experience operating track hoes to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation, particularly in excavation for electrical duct banks and utility vaults. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate track hoes and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently on job sites.
• Perform excavation, grading, and trenching tasks as required for civil and utility projects.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with project supervisors and other crew members to complete tasks accurately and on schedule.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot and report any equipment issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
