North Carolina School Occupational Therapist (OT). Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a school district near the Winston-Salem area. Additional information listed below :
Responsibilities :
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Monitor and document student progress towards IEP goals.
- Provide occupational therapy in individual or group settings, focusing on enhancing students' functional abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress notes, and munication with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and routines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational goal setting.
