Our Finance & Administration (F&A) team is seeking a full-time Director of Business Analytics to join our growth-oriented professional engineering and environmental consulting company. We are seeking a proven financial leader to partner with Senior Executives as well as Operations and Corporate leaders to provide data-driven insights to improve the business. In this role, you will lead the Finance Department’s Business Analytics function which includes oversight of a team of analysts and responsibility for preparing budgets / forecasts, distributing financial performance summaries, designing internal management reports, maintaining valuation models, and addressing ad hoc data requests. You will be a key member of the Finance Leadership Team responsible for supporting key company initiatives and developing the vision for the overall finance department.
