Job Title : Quality Lab Technician
Job Description
The Quality Lab Technician is responsible for performing duties on the production floor to conduct in-process inspection of batches made in production and activities related to the production process and technical lab. Additionally, they are responsible for any other tasks assigned by the Technical Lab Manager.

Work Environment
The work environment is a chemical plant with 98% automotive material production. The climate-controlled work environment includes exposure to moving equipment, noise, fumes, vibrations, dust, etc. Work requires overhead reaching, twisting, turning, pivoting, bending, crouching, standing for 8-10 hour shifts, walking, climbing ladders and stairs, moving on and off a forklift, and cleaning equipment / products / floor.
Weekend work may be scheduled based on needs or voluntarily, with mandatory weekends possible. Overtime is potential based on business needs, and schedules are posted weekly. Attire includes steel-toed shoes, and PPE such as safety glasses, respirators, gloves, and earbuds are provided.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr.
