Title : Compensation Manager

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
Bonus : 10%

What You’ll Be Doing :
- Develop, implement, and evaluate competitive compensation strategies, policies, and programs.
- Conduct regular market analyses and benchmarking to ensure pay practices remain competitive and equitable.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to design salary structures, incentive programs, and other compensation initiatives.
- Oversee job evaluations, salary surveys, and internal pay assessments.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to establish appropriate compensation for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Provide guidance and education to managers and employees on compensation policies and practices.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity adjustments.
- Prepare detailed compensation reports and metrics to support decision-making.
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.4-7 years of progressive experience in compensation management or analysis.Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of compensation regulations, including FLSA and pay equity laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
