The CAHHEP-accredited Exercise Science Program in the Department of Health Sciences in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor. The Department houses an undergraduate Exercise Science degree, Public Health, Radiography, Healthcare Management, and Wellness and Health Promotion and Athletic Coaching minors with the potential for growth including graduate programs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with faculty and staff to teach and mentor students for careers in Exercise Science and related disciplines

Minimum Qualifications -Earned doctorate in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics or a related field from an accredited institution. ABD or candidates with master's degrees may be considered with appropriate experience.
Preferred Qualifications -Successful undergraduate teaching experience -Experience collaborating with various disciplines to advance client health and performance -Experience designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for athletes and youth.
