Job description

Temp Receptionist | Sacramento

LHH is partnering with an established client based in Sacramento in need of a Temporary Receptionist. An ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of office experience and can start as soon as possible.

Pay : $19 - $21 / hr

Location : Sacramento

Start : ASAP

Duties :

  • Phone and Email gatekeeping
  • Calendar Management - confirming appointments and meetings
  • Meeting room set up - catering, presentation and meeting material preparations
  • Mail management - in / outbound mail
  • Maintain a presentable and clean office
  • Provide property tours (if needed)
  • Check-in clients / guests
  • Support supervisor with additional tasks

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of Administrative or Office experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Independent worker who is highly organized & self-directed
  • Able to collaborate well with Team colleagues
  • Steady demeanor with the ability to stay focused and on task
  • Detail-oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and data
  • Intermediate experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
